Pre-treatment:I

n the process of rolling pressing, the surface of aluminum panel forms a loose oxidized film and leaves many impurities. After alkali-washed, oil-removing, acid-washing, chromizing and washed by non-ion water, the clean surface forms a chromizing film, which could strengthen its corrosion resistance and adhesion.

Spray painting:

Spraying the PVDF paint on the panel surface by fourteen high-pressure electrostatic spray guns under the no-dust and sealed condition.

Curing:

Solid aluminum panel is three coating and one baked by PVDF paint. The curing quality becomes the key of the finished product. The curing oven of Hongtai Company is designed according to the wind-closing bridge style. The average oven temperature reaches ±2, which ensures the performance of PVDF film to reach the best level.The contrast for rigidity, thickness and weight of different materials:border=0>
