Aluminium Composite Panel

ALUTILE aluminium composite panel is mainly applied in the situation that many pieces of aluminum roll materials in a thinner dimension are compounded together to form an aluminum panel with the required thickness.

According to the requirement, the alloy brand and condition of aluminum rolls can be adjusted, when the material is used for surface layer and core layer. Then, the optimized composite is obtained.

Standard: according to GB/T 17748-1999

1) Aluminum sheet thickness: 0.50 x 0.50mm, 0.40 x 0.40mm, 0.30 x 0.30mm, 0.21 x 0.21mm, 0.15 x 0.15mm

2) Width: 1,220mm, 1,575mm (maximum)

3) Length: 2,440mm, or upon customers' request

4) Standard size:

a) 1,220 (width) × 2,440 (length) × 3mm (thickness)

b) 1,220 (width) × 2,440 (length) × 4mm (thickness)

5) Normal color:

a) 20 kinds for aluminum plastic composite panel

b) 7 kinds for granite grain panel

6) Non-standard sizes and special colors are available according to customers' request
