Research and Development

As the main science and research development base of China Ministry of Construction, Hongtai Group places much emphasis on science and technology and strict quality control. All the raw materials and finished products are strictly tested by advanced equipments imported from American, Germany and Japan. The test items are 180^o peeling strength and dynamic character of raw materials by electronic universal tester, color difference, salt-spray corrosion resistance, boiling water resistance, finish coat thickness, impact resistance, and gloss test. These tests guarantee the first class quality of ALUTILE products.

Name:Chemosynthesis line
Description:The chemosynthesis line is used to clean lubricating grease and anti-oxidative grease added to aluminum surfaces during rolling, and also remove such other impurities as silicon, magnesium, iron and copper that deposit on the surface of these materials. Using qualified industrial chemicals and advanced technology introduced from the German 'Henkel' company, under these techniques the aluminum surface is covered with high density honeycomb oxidative coating, which becomes a bonding agent for both paint and aluminum. This agent has very strong adhesive force.

Name:Continuous thermal-plying composite line
Description:This line is the key equipment for producing aluminum-plastic composite panels. Able to produce aluminum materials, PE core-board and adhesive polyolefin, these materials are bonded under high heat and high pressure to ensure that all panels have smooth surfaces. With imported adhesive polyolefin film, advanced equipment, perfect technology and strict quality control, we are outputting aluminum-plastic composite panels with peel strength superior to that of imported panels.

Name:Precision coating line
Description:This precision coating line is used for coating chemosynthesized aluminum roll with various paints according to customers' needs. A three-roll coating and two bake three-roller reverse precision coating machine that can operate under sealed, dustless conditions, this equipment ensures that the coating thickness is under proper control. The oven is divided into four temperature-controlled areas to ensure the coating has the best solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility and glossiness, in addition to strong adhesive force and corrosion resistance.
